JEEEZZ !!!! It feels like pulling teeth just to get basic service here. The staff clearly doesn’t want to work, and on top of that, they refuse to match prices. They are way overpriced!!! What a shame, I was ready to spend a significant amount of money here, for my stores and home, easily around $10,000+ but they clearly don’t want the business. We went with someone else.

Definitely subpar service. If you don’t know the answer either look it up or say you don’t know. Please don’t tell me that It doesn’t really matter what size hinge you use for different door thicknesses. Obviously, if you use a 2 inch wide hinge on a 2 inch thick solid hardwood door, It’ll start to lean and fall off the door jamb in no time.

Unreasonably priced, with subpar service. They collected our credit card information in advance, which seemed to remove their commitment to completing the job. We had been using their services for a long time, but now it's time to find a company that values customer service.

Very disappointed in the quality of the workmanship of Anderson Lock. This is the 4th time I have received keys that DO NOT WORK. The first 3 times were for security keys that had to be returned. This time it was a standard key that DID NOT open the lock. I have keys from Home Depot and Ace Hardware that work for less money. You are locksmiths of very poor quality. I will share this information with my condo association who has used Anderson as a vendor.
